2i investment in nFocus

2i, part of the Rockpool Investments portfolio, has acquired nFocus. As a leading provider of quality engineering services, this marks 2i’s first acquisition since Rockpool’s investment in April 2024 and reflects the company’s long-term growth strategy while strengthening its delivery capacity and sector reach.
nFocus is a leader in software testing for a range of UK businesses. They have a proven track record of successfully enabling digital transformation and change.
