Communicate acquires Blaze Networks

Communicate, a Rockpool-backed provider of cyber security and IT networks, has acquired Cheshire headquartered Blaze Networks.
Blaze Networks is a security-focused managed service provide with SD-WAN networking expertise.
The acquisition of Blaze marks Communicate’s fifth purchase to date, and its second since securing private equity investment from Rockpool in June 2024.
Jason Milkins, Helen Naylor and Paul Dimerin of Roxburgh Milkins advised Communicate on legal aspects of the agreement.
