Focus acquires Entropie

Focus Group is continuing its bold buy-and-build strategy with its eighth successful acquisition of the year confirmed today. In its most recent move, the leading provider of business technology has announced the takeover of Entropie, a Buckinghamshire-based provider of voice and data solutions.
Entropie’s established base in Milton Keynes will further bolster the group’s presence in the central regions.
Jason Milkins, Philip Edmonds, Michael Clarke and Helen Naylor from Roxburgh Milkins all advised Focus Group.
