Focus acquisition of Voice Connect

Focus Group have announced their acquisition of Voice Connect. This strategic move significantly enhances Focus Group’s healthcare technology portfolio and solidifies its position as one of the largest primary care telephony suppliers in the UK.
Voice Connect is a specialist technology provider with deep experience in the healthcare sector, self-service automation, systems integration and NHS-aligned solutions. Known for its Patient Portal platform, Voice Connect supports healthcare providers in enhancing access, efficiency and patient care.
