Focus invests in Silver Lining

Focus Group have announced its investment into Silver Lining - a Voice and IT reseller - in a move aimed at expanding its service portfolio, technical capabilities and market presence.
The venture will also accelerate channel growth opportunities with the deal incorporating Atmoso, an established channel-only provider which specialises in managed cloud services and PCI compliance.
Jason Milkins and Philip Edmonds advised Focus on this latest deal.
