Kendall Kingscott sale to RSK

On 10 December 2024

Kendall Kingscott (an inter-disciplinary construction consultancy, established in 1962) has been acquired by RSK Group.

With more than 200 people operating from six hubs across the south and south west of England & Wales, the business has helped deliver some of the most complex projects across the region, working for clients that include NHS Trusts, universities, local authorities and major retail chains. Its specialism in remodelling and adapting existing buildings helps those clients deliver decarbonisation targets.

Charles van der Lande and Tom Storey advised Kendall Kingscott on the deal.
